You can tell he's been licking it, biting at the skin to get it off.thats what it looks like anyways. It's really hard to, I think his tail is completely dead. I dont have money for a vet, I've been helping him keep it really clean and that's all I can do. So, what can I do at home that would help me to help him get it off,Safely?
